CitySprint adds 40 Maxus electric vans to its fleet Laddade elbilar

British delivery company CitySprint is expanding its electric car fleet by adding 40 new electric cars from Maxus , a subsidiary of Chinese car manufacturer SAIC Laddade elbilar.

The new electric vans have a range of up to 213 miles (344 kilometers) and are deployed in the UK cities where CitySprint operates, including London, Leeds, Bristol, Manchester, Southampton and Birmingham.

As a result of the acquisition, CitySprint’s electric car fleet now includes 43 electric cars, 24 cargo bikes, 6 electric motorcycles and 4 electric bicycles. The company says it achieved carbon neutral status last year.

”Our new electric vans will help us reduce our environmental impact in the cities where we operate and are a step in the right direction for us to reach our goal of having a fleet of over 200 zero-emission vehicles in the major cities we operate in the coming years. two years,” said Mark Footman, COO at City Sprint Laddade elbilar.
